Returns Information
If you wish to exchange a product due to incorrect sizing or change of mind (on full priced items) we do offer a 7 day return policy. You must contact Sunday Club within 7 days of receiving your product to organise a return and the item must be shipped back to the address provided within these 7 days. It is strongly suggested that you obtain a tracking number to ensure your parcel can be tracked as we are not liable for any loss packages.
Once your order is returned to us, we will inspect the item and organise a store credit. All orders must be in original condition with hang tags still attached.
Any fees associated with a return and shipping the exchanged item is the responsibility of the customer.
We do not offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Exchanges and refunds are not offered on any items in our sales section. Some items may be seconds stock and have some imperfections this is clearly listed in product descriptions and no refunds are offered due to customers not reading product descriptions.
If an item is faulty a customer must advise Sunday Club within 7 days of receiving the item so a return can be organised. Sunday Club is not liable for any faults if a customer does not inspect clothes within 7 days of receiving them.
Sunday Club will either offer a partial refund, full refund, exchange, replacement or store credit depending on the nature of the fault.
Once your item has been shipped, Sunday Club is in no way responsible and or liable for the loss of garments and products in transit.
